Custom Home Process
Define Your Goals
Determine your vision and goals for the custom home. Consider factors such as size, layout, architectural style, feature, and budget.
LAND ACQUISITION
If you do not have land in mind, we can help you find and purchase a suitable plot of land that meets your requirements and is appropriate for residential construction.
DESIGN PHASE
Work with one of our preferred architects to create a detailed design plan for your custom home, including floor plans, exterior elevations, and other necessary construction documents.
PERMITTING
We work with your architect and local authorities to secure the necessary building permits and approvals required for construction.
Construction

2. Utilities installation

6. Insulation and drywall: Apply insulation to the walls, ceilings, and floors for energy efficiency and soundproofing. Then, install drywall to create interior walls and ceilings.
7. Interior finishes:
8. Exterior finishes: Apply exterior finishes such as siding, brickwork, stone work, or other materials specified in the design plan.
Final Touches
1. Landscaping: Design and implement landscaping features, including planting trees, shrubs, and installing walkways or outdoor structures.
2. Interior details: Complete any remaining interior work, such as installing mirrors, shelving, and other decorative elements.
3. Final inspections: Arrange for inspections by local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
4. Cleaning and final walkthrough: Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the home, and conduct a final walkthrough to identify any remaining issues or touch-ups.
